Alkaline water ionizers are awesome machines to alkalize and ionize water. Added benefits are oxygen clustering to reduce the size of oxygen cluster groups from 10-13 molecules per cluster to 4 or 5 molecules to allow for easier absorption. These ionizers also produce a favorable ORP. Oxidation reduction potential, or ORP, is the measure of oxidized contaminants. Water with a -ORP is charged, more readily absorbed by the body and helps reduce free radicals.
Other methods of alkalizing water are also available and some even add needed minerals to the water while providing -ORP. Portable, convenient alkalizing sticks make great on-the-go water alkalizing.
