pH Papers & Strips are used to track body pH levels on a regular basis. Simply wet paper or strip in stream of urine and compare results to chart provided for pH level. The roll can also be used to test saliva, which is not as accurate. The pH scale is as follows: 0-6.9 Acid, 7 Neutral, 7.1-14.0 Alkaline.
