Privacy Policy: We do not collect or store your personal information electronically. We will not share or sell any information we do have with anyone for any purpose, except as required by legal action or law enforcement. This may hinder our ability to provide you with online order history, but this has not been a concern to our customers to date. We feel privacy is a more important issue.

Shipping Policy: We try to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday-Friday, with orders received Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays shipped the next business day. On occasion we are out of stock and will email you concerning the delay. Orders are shipped primarily by using FedEx Ground & USPS First Class and Priority Mail, at our discretion.

Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at cs@healthessentialproducts.com with the product description, reason for return and any concerns so we may issue a RMA # (return merchandise authorization). No returns accepted without an RMA #. Only unopened product containers are returnable. All refunds are less shipping.
